Job Specifications:

1. At least 6+ months experience in web design
2. Knowledge in graphic design with good artistic sense
3. Should have good knowledge in English
4. Willingness to learn, high attention to details
5. Able to work in team under pressure and tight deadline
6. Should be a creative illustrator with good color sense user interface designing skills
7. Strong knowledge of XHTML, CSS, XML, HTML
8. Must be able to design Web Templates, Banners, Logos, Advertisements etc.
9. Proficiency in using tools like Photoshop, Indesign, illustrator,etc.
10. Familiar to mobile friendly and responsive web designs
11. Knowledge of css frameworks like bootstrap, less, gumby etc will be preferred
12. Enjoy a challenge and figuring out new ways to do things as efficiently as possible
13. Able to communicate in clear concise manner (whether it be email, voicemail or face to face)
14. Knowledge about user interface & user experiance(UI/UX) design according as requirement
